Austin Pohlen (he/him) most recently worked on the Peacock show Rutherford Falls. Austin is a gay, L.A. transplant, BU alum, and former cater waiter. He got his start in TV through a myriad of internships/odd jobs, including being a dialogue coach for Alan Arkin. He’s worked on a number of hit shows including, Silicon Valley, Love, Game of Thrones, Shrill, The Kominsky Method, and Splitting Up Together. He has performed and written for Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre as well as other theaters around the Los Angeles area.

Ask Austin about the time he threw a drink at David Spade and his love for Martha Stewart. Austin would have Robin Williams, Erykah Badu, Martha Stewart and Michelle Obama at his imaginary round table.

If you’re wondering about the picture, Austin went as “Nerdy Road Kill” for Halloween in the 5th grade. His mom willingly drove over his clothes with black paint.
